Noida: Two men were killed and one was injured in a scuffle over a delay in service at a dhaba in Khoda on Friday.Police said the clash occurred around 10pm at Vaishno Dhaba following an argument between customers and the staff. The eatery workers allegedly attacked the three men with kitchen knives.The three friends – Shri Pal, Satyam Kumar and Anurag Kumar– were daily wage workers. They were drinking in an e-rickshaw outside the eatery and ordered food to be served to them there. Police said the argument started when their food got delayed. The customers got angry and allegedly slapped the dhaba owner Suraj.Suraj then called his colleagues, Rajesh, Rajan and Vishesh, and a scuffle broke out between the two groups on the dhaba premises. The customers were attacked with kitchen knives, resulting in severe injuries.Police said they received a call on the emergency number around 10pm, informing them about a brawl among some youths. They rushed to the spot and found that three men were seriously injured. All of them were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. During treatment, two of them, Shripal and Satyam, died. Anurag is currently out of danger and undergoing treatment.Officers said the families of the deceased were notified, and written complaints have been filed to proceed with legal action.Police said an FIR was registered against the four attackers under Section 103 (murder) and other sections of BNS. Trans Hindon DCP Nimish Patil said CCTV footage from nearby areas is being examined to identify all persons involved in the incident.
