Chandigarh: Police arrested a labourer for sexually exploiting a 12-year-old boy on Friday. In their police complaint, the survivor’s parents said he came home frightened and in tears after the incident. On repeated questioning, he said a person in the neighbourhood lured him into his house and took advantage of him. A case was registered and the accused arrested.
