Varanasi: Batting for Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath against Swami Avimukteshwaranand’s challenge to prove himself a Hindu by declaring the cow as ‘state mother’ in 40 days, Suheldev Bhartiya Samaj Party chief and UP minister Om Prakash Rajbhar on Friday questioned whether the seer is “thekedar” (contractor) of the entire Hindu Dharma.Rajbhar was in Azamgarh reviewing prep for the Feb 22 mega rally when he responded to Swami Avimukteshwaranand questioning the Kalnemi remark by the chief minister. “Any wise person can understand it,” Rajbhar said.Rajbhar also responded to the seer’s warning, saying if he’s a true saint, he should listen to other saints, regarding the ultimatum to declare cow ‘state mother’, ban meat exports, and the threat to label CM Yogi a fake Sanatani Hindu.“The country and state are governed by the Constitution. Whatever Yogi ji is doing is right. No one is troubling anyone, and if any person tries to take the law into their hands, the law will act,” he added.Rajbhar praised Yogi’s 9-year rule, saying the state is riot-free, criminals are jailed within 48 hours, and people fear “Baba’s bulldozer”. He slammed the opposition, saying that “they drink Pakistan’s water” and oppose govt moves like Ram temple and Kisan Samman Nidhi
