Bhubaneswar: ECoR cancelled 8 MEMU trains between Feb 1 and Feb 13 to ensure safe and seamless execution of essential safety-related modernisation works at Jakhapura station in Jajpur district. These trains were 2 pairs of Cuttack-Bhadrak-Cuttack MEMU, 1 pair of Puri-Jaleswar-Puri MEMU, and 1 pair of Khurda Road-Kendujhargarh-Khurda Road MEMU. ECoR will also short-terminate the Kharagpur-Khurda Road Express at Jajpur Keonjhar Road from February 2 to February 12. Its return train will also be short-terminated at the same station.
