Key points of the plan 

• A farmer family (either husband or wife) will be eligible for subsidy for a maximum of two agricultural implements provided under the scheme in a financial year. Apart from two agricultural implements, subsidy will not be allowed for any other implement except tractor mounted soar.
• Maximum 50 per cent subsidy on the price of all agricultural equipment, maximum 40 per cent subsidy on Custom Hiring Centre and Hi-Tech Hub for Custom Hiring and maximum 80 per cent subsidy on Farm Machinery Bank. 
• Under the scheme, farmers, self-help groups (SHGs) associated with State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) and Agriculture Department and FPO will be the beneficiaries for agricultural equipment. Farmer groups will be the beneficiaries for threshing floor. Individual farmers will be the beneficiaries for small warehouse.
• At the time of application, the farmer has to deposit the prescribed booking amount online for each machine. If the target remains unfulfilled and the farmer is not selected in the e-lottery, the booking amount will be refunded to the concerned farmer. – The booking amount for agricultural equipment with subsidy ranging from ₹10,001 to ₹1,00,000 will be ₹2,500. – The booking amount for agricultural equipment with subsidy more than ₹1,00,000 will be ₹5,000.
• In the e-lottery system, in addition to the number of beneficiaries to be selected as per the target, a waiting list upto 50 percent of the target will also be prepared. From the date of selection of beneficiaries/confirmation of booking token, a maximum of 30 days will be given for purchasing agricultural equipment and uploading the purchase receipt, photo and serial number of the equipment and related documents on the departmental portal and a maximum of 45 days will be given for Custom Hiring Centre, Hi-Tech Hub for Custom Hiring and Farm Machinery Bank.

• The age of the applicant should not be less than 18 years
• Applicant should not be an income tax payee
• Applicant should be a native of Uttar Pradesh
• No one in the applicant’s family should be in a government job
• If the application is for subsidy on agricultural equipment, they must have their GST bill, they just have to upload it
