Vadodara: The BJP on Thursday announced appointments to key posts in its city unit, ending a long wait after Jayprakash Soni was made city unit president in March last year.Lakulesh Trivedi, Deepak Padhiyar and Ramesh Patel were appointed general secretaries, while Tejas Desai was named treasurer. The party also appointed eight vice presidents for the city unit.Appointments to key party wings were also announced, with Maulik Desai named youth wing president and Snehal Patel appointed women’s wing president.
