Kanpur: Rashmi Shukla of AND. College won the speech competition, Nitin Singh and his team from Ram Sahay Govt College, Shivrajpur won the street play and short drama competition, and Sanskriti Jaiswal of PPN College won the reel-making contest at a district-level constructive competition for a road safety awareness programme on Wednesday. The event was organised under the joint auspices of the higher education department and the transport department . Regional higher education officer, Kanpur division Rakesh Kumar was the chief guest.
