As against Monday, a rise of 3.6°C in the average minimum temperature was recorded till the morning on Tuesday in Punjab, and it was recorded above normal by 3°C in the state. The lowest minimum temperature in the state was recorded at 7.7°C in Ludhiana.In Haryana, as against Monday, a rise of 4.5°C in the average minimum temperature was recorded till the morning on Tuesday, and it was recorded above normal by 1.9°C in the state.
