Gurgaon: The school education department has released the annual examination schedule for classes 9 and 11 students studying in govt schools across the state.According to the official datesheet, Class 11 annual exams will be held from Feb 16 to March 13, while Class 9 exams will begin on Feb 17 and conclude on March 6. All exams for both classes will be conducted in a single morning shift from 8.30am to 11.30am across all examination centres.The department has issued strict instructions regarding the collection and security of question papers. District education officers (DEOs) from 11 districts, including Sonipat, have been directed to reach the headquarters of board of school education Haryana (BSEH) in Bhiwani on Feb 12 and 13 to collect sealed boxes of question papers. In case a DEO is unable to collect the papers personally, an authorised representative must be appointed. Complete details of the representative, including name, designation, address and mobile number, must be emailed to the BSEH assistant secretary by Feb 9.To ensure transparency and prevent malpractice, enhanced security measures will be in place. Sonipat district education officer Naveen Gulia said question paper boxes will be stored only at designated secure locations.
