Vadodara: A two-day academic and cultural festival, Scintilla, organised by the faculty of pharmacy of Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU), began on Friday on the university campus.Held annually since 2017, Scintilla has carved a niche as one of Gujarat’s leading university-level pharmacy events. Organised through the faculty’s Student Activity Cell, the festival is traditionally led by third-year pharmacy students.The event attracted participation from pharmacy students across the state and is counted among the top 20 prominent pharmacy college events in the country.The programme is structured into six segments focusing on technical knowledge, teamwork, leadership and cultural engagement.The Fun-Fiesta segment featured interactive games centred on teamwork and recreational learning, while Pharma-Fusion combined pharmacy-related knowledge with engaging activities. Academic skills were tested in Pharma-Prime through pharmacy-based competitions.Cultural programmes under Symphony Eve showcased musical performances by local artists. Another highlight was Insight Hour, featuring a motivational talk by Parth Adhyaru on mental well-being, lifestyle challenges, career planning and personal growth.
