Hyderabad: Two young men, including a software professional, were killed when their two-wheeler was struck from behind by a speeding car on the national highway in Alair on Wednesday night. Mohammed Sijahid, 23, an engineering student, and Nitin Reddy, 28, software professional, both residents of Jangaon, were returning home after dinner in Alair when the accident occurred around 9.30 pm. Both died on the spot. “A car came from behind and hit the bike at high speed. In this accident, the car driver was also injured,” Alair police told TOI. Police have registered a case against the car driver, and an investigation is underway.
