This system enables the issuance of electronic bank guarantees for use as performance security in tenders. Users can pay e-stamp duty for indemnity bonds, loan agreements, and power of attorney documents through the online portal. This change eliminates physical paperwork and manual processing. The platform operates 24/7 and provides real-time transaction data to stakeholders to improve administrative transparency and speed.
