Kanpur: Under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) cacampaign, Booth Day will be organised on Jan 18 for voter list-related work. The concerned BLOs will be present at at their respective booths of all 3,770 polling stations in the district from 11am to 4pm. District magistrate/DEO Jitendra Pratap Singh said that public can visit the booths for voter list-related work.The DM said that Form 6 for new voters, Form 7 for name deletion, and Form 8 for entry correction, address change, or duplicate identity card can be filled in and submitted online or offline by Feb 6. All those who have completed or will be 18 years of age on Jan 1, 2026 are eligible. Additionally, Form 6 will also be obtained from eligible youth who will complete 18 years of age based on qualifying dates of 1 April 1, July 1, and Oct 1 .
Lists related to applications submitted at the Electoral Registration Officer’s office can be viewed through Forms 9, 10, 11, 11-A, and 11-B on the official website of the DEO, Kanpur Nagar, at https://kanpurnagar.nic.in/deo-portal/. tnn
