Jhansi: The White Tiger Division commemorated the 10th Armed Forces Veterans Day here on Wednesday, paying tribute to the courage, sacrifice and selfless service of Armed Forces veterans, while reaffirming its steadfast commitment to their welfare, dignity and continued engagement.As part of the commemoration, the Division organised a dedicated interaction programme with its veterans. During the programme, long-standing issues and anomalies related to pay, pensions and allowances were comprehensively reviewed and resolved .Addressing the gathering, the General Officer Commanding acknowledged the continued contribution of Armed Forces veterans to society and nation-building, recognising them as a reservoir of experience, discipline and national values, and a constant source of inspiration for future generations. tnn
