Noida: Greater Noida Authority is set to e-auction 90 flats in Sector Omicron 1A on Jan 28. The reserve price of the flats is fixed between Rs 73.2 lakh and Rs 74.3 lakh, depending on the floor on which the unit is located.The flats are located on the 1st and 15th floors of the building. Each unit has a carpet area of 83.38 square metres and a super area of 104.7 square metres. Greater Noida Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar directed the property department to expedite the allotment of these flats to ensure the housing stock is utilised and aspiring homeowners can benefit from the scheme.Applicants can register for the scheme till Feb 18. Buyers can either pay for the flat upfront or in four instalments. The instalments need to be paid over a period of two years.Sunil Kumar Singh, additional chief executive officer of the Greater Noida Authority, said the location of Sector Omicron 1A adds to the appeal of the scheme. “The sector has direct connectivity to the 130-metre-wide road, ensuring smooth access to other parts of Greater Noida. This scheme is particularly beneficial for residents who want a home in Greater Noida. Since these flats are already constructed, possession will be handed over soon after the allotment and lease deed formalities are completed, offering immediate relief from rental expenses,” Singh said.
