Panchkula: Four men have been arrested for the murder of a scrap collector who was attacked while sleeping on a footpath. Police said the killing followed a quarrel over a quilt, and further investigation is under way to determine whether others were involved in it. The accused were identified as Pankaj and Dinesh Kumar alias Bhola, both residents of Mohali, and Badal and Raj Kumar, residents of Kundi village. tnn
