Jaisalmer: Barmer police detained four youths in connection with the alleged kidnapping and gang rape of a 16-year-old girl, officers said Wednesday. SP Narendra Singh Meena said a case was registered on basis of a complaint lodged by the girl’s father after her medical examination.According to the FIR, the incident occurred Monday night when the family was away at a relative’s house and the minor was alone at home. The complaint stated that four youths arrived on two bikes and forcibly took her away. tnn
