Lucknow: Twenty-one officers from the Uttar Pradesh administration and police departments retired from service on Monday.The retirees include three IAS officers, 10 IPS officers and eight Provincial Police Service (PPS) officers.Among the IAS officers retiring were secretary, urban development Ravindra Kumar, director general, tourism, Vedpati Mishra, and special secretary, secondary education, Krishna Kumar Gupta.The 10 IPS officers who retired include DG, hire services, Mutha Ashok Jain, ACP, Varanasi Commissionerate, Alok Priyadarshi, and DIG, UP 112, Shahab Rashid Khan. Eight PPS officers also retired.
