2 brothers die of heart attacks within hours of each other

Ferozepur: In a tragic incident in Kulgarhi village of Ferozepur district, two brothers died of heart attacks within hours of each other early on Sunday. The deceased have been identified as 71-year-old Rajwant Singh Sandhu and his brother 69-year-old Bhagwant Singh Sandhu.Not only the family, but everyone in the village was shocked by the demise of both brothers.

According to reports, Rajwant suffered a sudden heart attack around 8am on Sunday. He breathed his last before he could be taken to a hospital. His younger brother, Bhagwant, was deeply shocked by Rajwant’s sudden death. Rajwant’s last rites were performed at the village crematorium in the afternoon.After the cremation, when the family returned home, Bhagwant went to his elder brother’s room. He lay down on the same bed where Rajwant had breathed his last in the morning.He was unable to bear the grief of his elder brother’s death and around 3pm, Bhagwant’s health deteriorated. Before his family could understand anything, he too suffered a heart attack and died.The villagers said the two brothers shared a deep bond. As news spread, people from different walks of life met the family members to express their grief over the demise of both brothers.
