Colva: An additional sessions court acquitted two men accused in a 2018 narcotics case registered by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).Additional sessions judge Ram Subrai Prabhu Dessai passed the order acquitting Mir Fazal Ali Farhan of Hyderabad, and Ahamed Kunhi B, also known as Khader, of Kasaragod, Kerala, who were charged under the NDPS Act.According to the prosecution, on Oct 2018, Mir Fazal was allegedly found carrying 2kg of charas near Goa International Airport, Dabolim.The NCB alleged that Kunhi had met Fazal in front of the airport and handed over the parcel containing the narcotic substance, which was intended to be exported out of India.
