Patna: District magistrate Thiyagarajan S M disposed of 12 second-appeal cases under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, on Saturday. A fine of Rs2,000 was imposed on Didarganj circle officer for submitting an incomplete report regarding a land dispute filed by Ramkripal Singh. The DM cited negligence and lack of clarity in the official documentation.
